Multi-Mam Compresses help alleviate breastfeeding discomforts such as nipple pain, swelling and sensitivity, with a direct soothing and cooling effect. Multi-Mam Compresses form a soft and comfortable pad on the sore nipple. The hero in these compresses is a plant-derived gel that generates moistness, forms a physical barrier against harmful bacteria and supports the natural healing process. It is not necessary to remove the gel prior to breastfeeding.
Usage Directions:
Wash your hands. Open the sachet, unfold the compress, and place the gel-impregnated side on the sore nipple. Leave the compress on for as long as needed, but for at least 10 minutes, preferably 30 minutes and a maximum of 1 hour.
Any excess gel does not need to be removed prior to breastfeeding as the formulation is based on naturally derived ingredients and is harmless when swallowed. Apply at least twice a day until your discomforts are relieved.
Each compress is for single use only. Do not reuse. It should be disposed of after use for hygienic reasons.
It is recommended you use a Multi-Mam Compress right after feeding – if used just before feeding, the moistness can make it more difficult for your baby to latch on.

If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.
Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.
Allergic Reaction
- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
