Usage Directions:
Musashi Shred & Burn Vanilla Milkshake 900G:
How: Add 34g (1 heaped scoop) to 200mL of water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.
Pre & Post-Training: Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise or within 30 minutes after resistance training.
Can be added to water, milk or food as a convenient protein top up in throughout the day and on non-training days. Maximum one-day intake: up to 2 serves.
Musashi Shred Matrix Passionfruit 270G:Serve size = 9g (1 level scoop) Adults: Add 1 serve to 250mL of cold water, stir until mixed and consume.
Musashi Carnitine Adults: Take 2 capsules three times daily or 3 capsules twice daily
