A practical spoolie brush allows for easy on-the-go application and grooming. 

Directions for Use:

Use the pointed end to draw individual hair-like lines filling any sparse areas. Use the wide end of the pencil to fill and shape brows. To finish sweep the spoolie brush in a light upwards-and-outwards direction.
