Creamy, long-lasting formula with silky smooth pigments to softly define and enhance eyes. this smudge-proof and water resistant eye liner a soft texture that glides effortlessly across lids to define the eyes.

Directions for Use
To define and enhance the eyes, gently hold the eyelid taught, and using short feathery strokes draw the eye pencil as close as possible to the lash line from the outer lashes moving towards the nose. If you prefer to apply eyeliner to both top and bottom eyelids, give the illusion of larger and brightly opened eyes by drawing a slightly thicker line along the top lash line. For a softer kohl look, blend the liner outwards with an eyeshadow brush.
