Overview
A handy wind-up lip pencil with built-in sharpener that coats lips with velvety-smooth, long-lasting colour. The water-proof formula provides a smudge proof base for your lipstick application. With gentle Mineral Pigments and Vitamin E, the nurturing formula defines lips, prevents lipstick bleeding into fine lines and helps it stay on longer. The in-built sharpener tapers the pencil to a soft sharp point for precise lip definition.
Directions for Use
Choose a colour in the same tone or lighter than your lipstick. Completely line the top and bottom lip and fill in lips to create a base. Finish by applying your favourite Natio lipstick or lip gloss.
