DIRECTIONS

Wonder Balm goes a long way. Use a cotton stick or just your finger to take a tiny  amount of balm and rub gently on affected area. If you feel you nee more, you can add as necessary. If it is a particularly dry skin, you can use a larger amount and rub gently for a minute to help the balm seep into the skin deeply. You should notice an improved appearance at once.

Is Wonder Balm the Same as Bottom Balm?

We often get asked, is Wonder Balm the same as Bottom Balm and the asnwer is yes! We have always proudly said so in fact it's a funny story how Wonder Balm was born. Parents started sharing with us back in 2008 that our Bottom Balm was being used by all sorts of skin conditions at home, even for themselves. One day, a parent came to us and joked, I have to cover up the word bottom balm on your label now with a sticker because my older kids are embarressed that this is what we still use for all the bumps and scrapes. But they still want to use it as they love it. We realised in that moment that we needed to rename the balm for older kids and for adults who had no kids at all. We considered tweaking the formula but then thought, why muck about with what seems to be perfect! Even people with excema or affects from radiation treatment were coming in for it. So it stayed the same. If you have a parent that does not mind double dipping in the bottom jar for the bottom or the nose, then one jar is sufficient. If you like to keep your bottom balm and rest of the body balm separate, then we recommend you get one jar of bottom balm for baby and one jar of wonder balm for the rest of the family.

Why are no preservatives used in your Baby Products?

So many baby products have unnecessary additives and preservatives. Our ingredients are chosen for their natural stability and we only purchase in Australia where Australian Standards are applied for your safety. All ingredients are extremely stable in themselves so do not need synthetic additives. The very name preservative indicates is essential to have a preservative, but this is not always the case. Any extra ingredients other than what is necessary just increases a new baby exposure to unnecessary ingredients. We are so proud to have 4 simple ingredients that are certified organic and absolutely no hormone disrupting chemicals

Are these products safe to use on a newborn?

Yes. Only use a tiny amount as Newborns do not need a lot of products. They are pure humans so the longer you take to expose them to any product is a good thing. Use sparingly so you get great value from our baby products, you will be surprised how they all go a long way if you use sparingly. Less is More is our general guideline.

Is Glass Packaging Safe?

Glass Packaging is the safest packaging for your baby. Amber Glass is specifically chosen to protect the organic purity of the ingredients as amber helps block light from entering the jar. There is sufficient questioning about the safety of plastic packaging due to potential leaching of BPA, BPS and other potential hormone disrupters. This risk seems higher than worrying about whether glass will break. We have never had a report of a glass breakage. We all buy food and drinks in glass packaging and this does not prevent us buying them. The concern is valid but rarely an issue in reality. We think the safety reasons for using glass out way any issues over whether they would break and hope you agree.
