## Description

Made with a mix of 4 types of Magnesium these Nature’s Way magnesium tablets provide support for muscle health, muscular cramps, mild muscle spasms. The tablets also contain Vitamins B6 and D3, for better absorption and to help maintain optimum magnesium levels in the body.  A diet deficient in magnesium can possibly lead to magnesium deficiency which may cause muscle stiffness, mild twitching and cramps.

## Directions for Use
