Naturopathica GastroHealth Daily Probiotic, has 4 probiotic strains, 15 billion ‘good bacteria’ & 40 mg prebiotic fibre to support your gastrointestinal tract health.

This a multi-strain formula, is gluten free and fridge free. It ensures that good health starts in your gut with a healthy balance of good and bad bacteria.

## Directions for Use

**Adults and children over 12 years.**

**For general health and to support intestinal friendly flora:** take 1 capsule daily.

**To help reduce the occurance of symptoms of travellers diarrhoea:** **Adults:** Take 1 capsule daily, begin two days before intended travel.
## Warnings

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Keep out of reach of children. Vitamin and mineral supplements are not a replacement for a healthy diet.

Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If diarrhoea persist for more than 48 hours seek medical advice. Drink pleanty of water.

If diarrhoea persists for more than 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years, seek medical advice.
## Storage

Store below 25°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

Do not use if tamper evident cap/seal is broken or missing.
