## Description

Nutra-Life Bio-Curcumin Turmeric 16,500+ is a high strength formula that helps relieve symptoms of mild arthritis & mild joint inflammation, swelling and pain.

These tablets contain Meriva a patented form of Curcumin. Curcumin is the active ingredient in Turmeric that has been used for many years in ayurvedic medicine.

MERIVA® Curcumin phospholipid complex 500mg Containing Curcuma longa (Turmeric) rhizome dry extract 100mg Equiv. Curcuma longa rhizome fresh 16.5g (16,500mg), Standardised to contain Curcuminoids 100mg, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 11.5mg, Encapsulating aids.

Free From - Gluten, wheat, dairy products, egg, corn, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.
## Directions for Use

**Recommended Adult Dosage:** Take 2 capsules daily. Or take as directed by your healthcare professional.
