Dried omega LCPUFAs1 (tuna fish oil, glucose syrup, sodium caseinate (milk), antioxidants (sodium ascorbate, mixed tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate), whey protein (milk), dipotassium phosphate, emulsifier (471), anti-caking agent (551)), skim milk powder, maltodextrin, sugar, flavour (vanilla and banana, contains soy), choline bitartrate, uridine 5‘monophosphate, soy lecithin.

Minerals: Potassium, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, selenium, iodine, molybdenum, chromium.

Vitamins: Vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, D3, E, K), folic acid, biotin.

Contains: milk, fish, soy.

Usage Directions:

Step 1 – Add 3 scoops of powder to a glass.

Step 2 – Add 100ml of water to the powder and stir with a fork until mixed.

Step 3 – Consume entire serve immediately after preparation.

It may help to take Souvenaid at the same time each day. For example: In the morning with breakfast. This should make it easier to remember to take it each day as it will become a habit.

If you forget to take it at the usual time, there is no need to wait until the same time the next day to consume it. You can drink it when you remember or are reminded.

Storage:

Store in a cool dry place. Use before the date on tin bottom. After opening, keep tin airtight & use contents within two weeks.

Warnings:

For oral consumption only. Must be used under medical supervision. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Only to be used in addition to the normal diet.

Souvenaid is not suitable as a sole source of nutrition and should be used in addition to normal dietary intake.

People with diabetes can consume Souvenaid. However, Souvenaid does contain carbohydrates and, as with other foods containing carbohydrate, it is advisable for people with diabetes to monitor their blood glucose levels in consultation with their diabetes medical team.
