Directions

Bring fresh, cold water to the boil. Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea or 1 tea bag per person in a cup or teapot. Allow to steep for 5-7 minutes for desired strength. Serve with a slice of lemon if desired. Drink 2-3 cups daily.
