## Description

Thermoskin sport Ankle adjustable, offers compression, support & stability for the ankle and mid foot during periods of increased activity. Can be used on both ankles.

The ankle adjustable come with G7 flex lining, which provides warmth, comfort and absorbs moisture. It also has a VR system which offers superior adjustability for wearer compliance.

Finally, the S-stretch core, is Superlite, softer and offers a greater stretch for all round support and compression.
## Directions for Use

Place the loop of the support over your heel, with the strap angled to the outside of your foot and extending towards your toes.

Pull the strap gently and wrap it up over the bridge of your foot, then down underneath the arch of your foot.

Increase the tension on the strap as you cross again over the bridge of your foot, wrap it around the outside of your ankle, back on itself, and secure the fastener in place.
