## Description

Thompson’s Natural E 500IU has selenium & d-alpha Tocopherol. It supports blood vessel & capillary health and acts as an antioxidant to reduce free radicals in the body.

d-alpha Tocopherol, the form of Vitamin E used in these capsules is naturally occurring and is also the most biologically active. Finally, these capsules support healthy arteries and support vitamin E and selenium levels in the body.

**Active Ingredients:**

d-alpha-tocopherol 336.34 mg, equiv. Vitamin E 500 IU, Selenomethionine 6.24 mg, equiv. Selenium 26 microgram
## Directions for Use

**Adults -** Take one capsule a day (with food), or as professionally prescribed.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 microgram for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
