Travacalm H.O. contains hyoscine hydrobromide only. It is not as long acting as dimenhydrinate and has no caffeine. Therefore, it is ideal for shorter trips, for those who do not want to take a product with caffeine and when drowsiness is desirable. Travacalm H.O. is ideal for travel of shorter duration (less than six hours) and can be used in children over the age of eight years.
