## Description

A traditional Western herbal medicine for the family First Aid Kit and Sports Bag. Use for fast and effective pain relief for bruises, sprains, backache, muscle aches. 100% natural Weleda Arnica Cream may help to reduce pain and inflammation from injuries and over-exertion and supports the healing process. Use before and after sport to relieve muscle ache.

Free from synthetic fragrances, preservatives, parabens and free from petrochemical derivatives, e.g., paraffins.

About 150 pharmaceutically active ingredients are found in arnica’s flower clusters. Among these are valuable and effective substances such as flavonoids, carotenoids, sesquiterpen lactones and precious essential oils. The fine silica content gives the arnica structuring and shaping forces and helps to regenerate tissue after blunt injuries such as bruises, bumps, or contusions.

## Ingredients

Each 1g contains:

Tincture, equiv. dry: Arnica montana, flower 27mg; Arnica montana, root 3mg; Oil extract, equiv. dry: Arnica montana, flower 20mg; and essential oils: Abies pectinata, leaf (Silver fir) Oil 600mcg; Lemon Oil Distilled 2mg; Orange Oil 1mg; Rosemary Oil 2.1mg; Sage Oil Spanish 300mcg; in a base containing natural vegetable oils and beeswax. Contains ethanol.
## Directions for Use

**Adults/Children:** Gently massage a small amount into the affected area, three to four times daily in the acute stage and twice daily as the condition improves, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
