Healthy eating doesn’t have to be bland

Try these healthy habit swaps
We’ve created a simple worksheet with some of our favourite healthy habits. ‘Cause simple swaps really do add up to something marvellous.
Top tip
When you cook at home, make twice as much for a healthy lunch the next day. This means less take away, and more savings for you while eating healthily. Now that’s a win win!

How to make healthy habits that stick
Here are three simple steps that can help you find the right habits for you.
Pick one healthy habit
Choose one we’ve suggested or maybe there’s a healthy habit you’ve been meaning to try for a while such as walking to pick up/drop off the kids or getting to sleep 30 minutes earlier.

Take it easy
It can be tempting to make a lot of changes at one time but slow and steady does win the race. Find ways to make the habit feel easier and more enjoyable, and it’ll be a lot more likely to work.

Rinse and repeat
Once the habit feels easy and effortless, pick another and repeat the process. If the habit doesn’t work out, ditch it and pick another!

did you know?
Fruit isn’t fattening, thank goodness! While fruit does contain sugar, it’s naturally sugar occurring. Plus, fruit contains fibre, antioxidants and other good nutrients like vitamin C that really do make your body sing.
