Why this ‘weight’ program is different
Like the first part of the program, we’re not here to give you a list of forbidden foods, a hard-to-stick-to meal plan or suggest counting calories. Instead, we’re focusing on the lovely little things (think: doable, enjoyable habits) you can implement into your life to give you more energy, headspace and wellness so you have more time for the stuff that matters most.
Hating your body isn’t good for you
Body shame may cause more problems than it cures, so we want to help you to develop a healthier body image too, no matter what your shape or size. The paradox is that accepting yourself actually helps you change. Sounds impossible? We’ll help move toward better body confidence.
