What information do I need to have ready?
Information of medical history
It’s always good to have a list of your medical history handy. This includes information like previous medical conditions and also previous medications you may have taken.
Over the counter or complementary medicines information
You’ll also need to know the over the counter medications, occasional medicines or vitamins and supplements you’re using. This makes it possible for the doctor to prescribe treatments and medications that are both safe and appropriate for you.
Medicare card details
The doctor may need to confirm your card number with you, and helps cut down on wasted time.

^Healthylife works with Hola to provide a platform that connects you with qualified doctors. These service providers have the sole responsibility for their services, products and information, and are independent of Healthylife. Please see our Terms and Conditions and Hola’s Terms and Conditions for more information. Telehealth consultations may not be suitable in all circumstances. If a telehealth consultation is not suitable for you, the healthcare professional you book with will alert you prior to or during your appointment. The typical wait time to speak to a doctor is 15 minutes. This may vary depending on availability and demand. During peak periods constraint may lead to service outage for short periods. Please check website for when doctor availbility is back up and running. Telehealth services are best suited when you cannot access your regular doctor. There are exclusions on what is eligible to be covered in a consultation, including the prescription of controlled, addictive or Schedule 8 medications. Hola doctors will not prescribe S8 medicines or drugs of dependence via Telehealth. Some weight loss medications and men's health medications may also not be prescribed. Please note any prescription products that is issued by a doctor may not come with repeats via Telehealth.Consultations are not suitable for emergencies, and you should contact 000 for an emergency.
*Bulk-billing is available to eligible patients with a valid Medicare card. Bulk billing applies to appointments scheduled during specific operating hours only. Subject to availability.
