Bc Refresh Cleanser for cleaner, fresher skin. Bqk Radiance Face Serum a targeted duo morning and evening serum that aims to help brighten uneven skin tone, pigmentation, and sun damage.

+ Contains a BONUS Biologi Microfibre Cloth, a sustainable soft cleansing cloth that can be used alone or with the Bc Refresh Cleaner.

Ingredients:

Refresh Cleanser - Sapindus Mukorossi (Soapberry) Fruit Extract, 0.2% Sodium Benzonate.

Radiance face serum - Morning Serum contains Terminalia Ferdinandiana (Kakadu Plum) Fruit Extract and 0.2% Sodium Benzonate. Evening Serum contains Santalum Acuminatum (Quandong) Fruit Extract and 0.2% Sodium Benzonate.

Usage Directions:

Bc: Use two to three pumps onto damp hands/skin and massage lightly. For best results, use with Biologi Microfibre Cloths. If wearing make-up, we recommend the use of the Biologi Microfibre Cloth first and then follow with the Bc Refresh Cleanser.

Bqk: On clean dry skin, use one pump for the face and two pumps for face and neck. Start using your Biologi serums 1 x day for the first week and then incorporate AM & PM. No additional moisturiser is required.

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
