Adults
To help prevent magnesium deficiency:

• Women - 9 tablets per day in divided doses with meals (no more than 3 tablets at any one time)
• Men - 11 tablets per day in divided doses with meals (no more than 3 tablets at any one time)

Children under 18 - only as professionally prescribed

Store below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Keep out of reach of children. Vitamin and mineral supplements are not a replacement for a healthy diet. Do not take more than 3 tablets at one time unless professional prescribed

Talk to your doctor before taking any products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. 

If you have any pre-existing conditions, or are on any medications always talk to your health professional before use. 

Some products should be ceased at least two weeks before any elective surgery, please confirm with your health professional.
