Description:

This day/ night, stress & Sleep formula by Blackmores, formula supports a healthy stress response and relieves sleeplessness. For use during the day & at night.

The day tablet (Mega B) targets stress and is formulated with a combination of B vitamins to maintain energy levels and assist healthy red blood cell production.

The night tablet (Valerian Forte) contains a high-potency valerian extract, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to improve sleep quality and promote deep sleep.

Blackmores ‘Stress & Sleep’ helps support energy levels throughout the day and relaxes the mind before bed; thereby, supporting overall health and wellbeing. It is a convenient way to maintain a healthy stress response, as well as reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

Ingredients:

Day Formula (Mega B Complex):

Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) 50 mg, Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 30 mg, Nicotinamide (vitamin B3) 100 mg, Calcium pantothenate (pantothenic acid, vitamin B5 45.8 mg) 50 mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (pyridoxine, vitamin B6 41.1 mg) 50 mg,
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 50 micrograms, Biotin (vitamin H) 50 micrograms,
Choline bitartrate 50 mg, Inositol 50 mg, Folic acid 300 micrograms.

Night Formula (Valerian Forte):

Valeriana officinalis (valerian) extract dry conc. 400 mg, equiv. dry root and rhizome 2 g (2000 mg) std. to contain: valerenic acids 3.2 mg.

Usage Directions:

Adults – Day Tablet (Mega B Complex): Take 1 tablet once a day. Take with food.

Adults – Night Tablet (Valerian Forte): Take 1 tablet once a day, 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime.

Storage:

Store below 25°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

Warnings:

In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Keep out of reach of children. Vitamin and mineral supplements are not a replacement for a healthy diet. If you have any pre-existing conditions, or are on any medications always talk to your health professional before use. 

WARNING - Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
