Usage Directions:

Adults take 1 tablet 2 times daily with food, or as advised by your health professional.

Warnings:

For use in conjunction with a healthy energy-controlled diet and physical activity.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, worsen, or change unexpectedly, consult your health professional. Contains vitamin B6. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible.

Vitamin Supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains Sulfites.

This product is ideal when used in conjunction with a program of reduced intake of dietary calories and increased physical activity.
