Caruso‘s Total Sleep® contains Valerian, Hops, Chamomile and the clinically trialled KSM-66® Ashwagandha, to help address common symptoms of sleeplessness.

Valerian, Hops and Chamomile are all herbs which have been used traditionally in Western Herbal Medicine to induce sleep and relieve restlessness. Ashwagandha has been traditionally used in Ayurvedic Medicine as an adaptogenic herb which assists the body in adapting to stress and to support overall nervous system health. Caruso's Total Sleep® helps to enhance sleep quality and maintain healthy sleeping patterns.

Usage Directions:

Adults take 2 tablets half an hour before bedtime, or as advised by your health professional.

Warnings:

In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
