Valeriana officinalis has a long history of use in Western Herbal Medicine as a calmative and soporific to help induce sleep. It can provide support for the health and function of the nervous system, and help to establish a healthy sleep-wake cycle and then support healthy sleeping patterns.

Each tablet contains:

      From min. dry root 2.25g (2250mg), std. to Valerenic acid 4.5mg   
Free from: sugar, dairy, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, starch, soya bean, nuts, animal products, preservatives, artificial colours and artificial flavours.
## Directions for Use

Directions for use: Adults take 1 tablet daily half an hour before retiring or as advised by your health professional.

• In rare cases, Valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
