Dermatix Silicone scar reduction gel, helps manage raised scars from burns, surgery, laser abrasion, chemical peels etc. It helps flatten, soften and smooth raised scars and reduces the itching and discolouration associated with raised scars.
Dermatix forms a flexible transparent, odourless silicone sheet over scars. It can be used on both old & new scars and is suitable for sensitive skin and for use in children.
Hypertrophic scars are raised, red scars that do not extend beyond the wound or injury site.
Keloid scars are raised scars which extend beyond the original wound or injury.
