Please note these products come in a RAW powder form and need to be mixed with liquid before use. You can use water or herbal tea. All products come complete with instructions. Here is a quick overview to give you an idea of how to mix this treatment Intense treatment: Mix your treatment as per instructions and apply to your hair, massaging into the scalp. Leave the treatment in your hair for 30 to 60 mins and rinse. Quick fix treatment: Mix your treatment as per instructions. You will need conditioner and/or hair silk (optional) for this particular treatment. Apply to your hair, massaging into the scalp. Leave the treatment in your hair for 15 to 30 mins and rinse. Optional Additions You can add some of the following ingredients to your raw hair mask for an extra conditioning boost! These additions are optional and for those who wish to explore and get creative. A few drops of Hair Silk oil treatment
2 to 3 Tablespoons of Habitat palm oil free conditioner
2 to 3 Tablespoons of Habitat creme hair mask
2 to 3 tablespoons of Amla Hair Mask

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
