Instructions:

• Before Testing: Do not place anything in your mouth (including food, drink, gum, or tobacco products) for at least 10 minutes prior to collection. Allow 20 minutes for testing and results.

Sample Extraction:

1. Remove the oral fluid collector (swab) from the sealed pouch and insert the swab end into your mouth.

2. Actively swab the inside of your mouth for at least 3 minutes to fully saturate the swab with oral fluid.

3. Gently press the swab between your tongue and teeth to help with saturation. The swab should feel soft and saturated, with no hard spots.

   • Note: Full saturation of the swab is essential for accurate results. Inadequate saturation may lead to false or invalid results.

4. Take the collection tube out of the sealed pouch and unscrew the cap.

5. Remove the saturated swab from your mouth and place it into the collection tube. Press the swab fully into the tube to drain the oral fluid.

6. After draining, remove the swab, screw the lid tightly back onto the tube, and discard the swab.

7. Gently shake the collection tube for 10 seconds and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Test Reaction:

1. Remove the test cassette from its sealed pouch and place it on a clean, level surface.
2. Gently shake the collection tube for 10 seconds, then snap open the tip of the tube.
3. Transfer 3 drops (approximately 120 μL) of the oral fluid specimen into the well of the test cassette.
4. Start the timer and wait for the colored line(s) to appear. Read results at 5 minutes. Do not read after 15 minutes.
5. If necessary, apply a security seal over the screw cap of the collection tube and send it to the laboratory for confirmation.

Interpretation of Results:

• Negative: Two lines appear. One colored line should be in the control region (C), and another line should appear in the test region (T). This indicates that the Marijuana concentration is below the detectable level of 15ng/ml.

  • Note: The intensity of the line in the test region (T) may vary depending on the THC concentration in the sample. Any color in the test line region (T) should be considered negative.

• Positive: One colored line appears in the control region (C), and no line appears in the test region (T). This indicates that the Marijuana concentration is above the detectable level of 15ng/ml.

• Invalid: The control line fails to appear. This may be due to insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedural techniques. Review the procedure and repeat the test with a new test cassette. If the issue persists, discontinue use and contact your local distributor.Store between 2 - 30 degrees C.Do not use beyond expiry date. Cassette must remain in sealed pouch until use. A positive test result does not indicate the concentration of drug in the specimen or the route of administration. A negative result may not necessarily indicate a drug-free specimen. Drug may be present in the specimen below the cut-off level of the assay. The test does not distinguish between drug of abuse and certain medications.

Storage and Usage Instructions:

• Store between 2°C and 30°C.
• Do not use beyond the expiry date.
• Keep the cassette in its sealed pouch until ready for use

Important:

• A positive test result does not indicate the concentration of the drug in the specimen or the route of administration.
• A negative result does not necessarily indicate that the specimen is drug-free. The drug may be present in the specimen below the cut-off level of the assay.
• The test does not differentiate between drugs of abuse and certain medications.
