To help support immune function: Adults take one tablet daily, or as directed by your health professional.

Before you travel: Adults take one Frequent Flyer® Health Boost daily, 2 - 3 days before you travel.

While travelling: Take one tablet every 4 - 6 hours during your flight. Do not exceed 3 tablets per day.

To stay healthy after you arrive at your destination, take 1 tablet per day, or as directed by your health professional.

Store in a cool, dry environment, not in direct sunlight.

When taken more than 3000 micrograms retinla equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects.

The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
