Cod liver oil by Healthy care, is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids and Vitamins A & D. These vitamins, help maintain healthy skin, bones & a healthy immune system.

Furthermore, the addition of Vitamin D helps with calcium absorption into the bones. A diet deficient in calcium can lead to Osteoporosis in later life.

Each capsule contains:

Cod Liver Oil 1000mg
providing Vitamin A 300mcgRE
Colecalciferol: (Vitamin D3) 2.5mcg (100IU)

Usage Directions:

Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules once a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.

Children 4 - 12 years: Take 1 capsule a day (pierce and squeeze into milk, juice or cereal), or as professionally prescribed.

Children under 4 years: Only as professionally prescribed.

Storage:

Store below 30°C in a dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.

Warnings:

Vitamin & mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or if you are unsure how the ingredients will interact with your system. Keep out of reach of children.

The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinal equivalents for men. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinal equivalents (RE), vitamin A can cause birth defects.

Do not use if cap seal is broken. Contains fish products.
