This vanilla flavoured, one-a-day, high strength Mega B complex by Herbs of Gold, is made with a combination of B vitamins to support energy production & a healthy stress response in the body. Some of the B vitamins present in these tablets, help convert food into energy & help with the metabolism of proteins fats and carbohydrates.

It also helps prevent dietary B12 deficiency. The B vitamins assist with the synthesis of neurotransmitters and supports nervous system function.

Usage Directions:

Adults and children over 12 years – Take 1 capsule daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional.
