This pack of 14 supercharged coconut oil pulling sachets are bursting with delicious organic coconut oil & a mouth loving blend of organic essential oils designed to give you brighter teeth, heathier gums, cleaner teeth and fresher breath.  
  
Unlike chemical filled mouthwashes, oil pulling reduces the amount of harmful bacteria in the mouth without disrupting the natural pH balance, and works to nourish the oral microbiome. Bacteria & plaque when left untreated can cause various problems, including bad breath, gum inflammation, gingivitis and cavities.  
  
Our oil pulling sachets combine the antioxidant power of raw certified organic cold pressed coconut, lemon, chamomile, myrrh, peppermint & spearmint oils to effectively clean, detoxify and nourish teeth and gums.

Coco Nucifera Oil (Cold Pressed Coconut Oil)\*, Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) Flower Oil\*, Commiphora Myrrha Oil\*, Mentha Spicata (Spearmint) Oil\*, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil\*, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil\*, Limonene, Beta-caryophyllene, Geraniol, Menthol, Pinene

## Directions for Use

1\. Warm sachet between hands or under warm water if oil has hardened (this is normal in cold climate)  
2\. Open sachet and pour oil into mouth. Gently swish and swirl around your mouth for 5 – 10 minutes, or until you feel the oil transforms into water.  
3\. Discard oil into a tissue and place in the trash. Do not swallow and Do not spit down the drain or in your toilet as this can clog pipes.  
4\. Brush teeth afterwards.  
5\. Repeat once a day for 14 days for best results, or as needed when your mouth feels like an extra spring clean! "
