Unlike chemical filled mouthwashes, oil pulling reduces the amount of harmful bacteria in the mouth without disrupting the natural pH balance, and works to nourish the oral microbiome. Our oil pulling mouthwash sachets combine the antioxidant power of raw certified organic cold pressed coconut, lemon, chamomile, myrrh, peppermint & spearmint oils to effectively clean, detoxify and nourish teeth and gums.

Ingredients:

Cold Pressed Coconut Oil (Coco Nucifera Oil)*, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil*, Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) Flower Oil*, Commiphora Myrrha Oil*, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil*, Mentha Spicata (Spearmint)Oil*, Limonene *certified organic

Usage Directions:

1. Massage sachet to warm coconut oil if it has hardened (this is normal in cold climates) 2. Open sachet and pour into mouth. Gently swish and swirl around your mouth for 5 minutes, or until you feel the oil transforms into water. (Hot Tip: Do it in the shower!) 3. Spit into a tissue and place in the bin. Do not spit down the drain or in your toilet as this can clog pipes. 4. Repeat once a day for 14 days for best results, or as needed when your mouth feels like an extra spring clean! If you are pregnant or nursing please consult your doctor before using this product. Not suitable for children.
