Description:
Australian made Koena Dermaceutical Gentle Cleanser is developed with a unique scientific formulation to bring a “healthy balance” to skin. This cleanser contains a combination of ingredients including Glucosamine known to decrease the appearance of wrinkles, Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) which is reputed for helping prevent acne and managing rosacea, and L-Glycine which reduces the appearance of UV-B induced skin damage and photoaging, this gentle cleanser is designed for false lashes and all skin types including those with dry, irritated, or sensitive skin.
The pH balanced and fragrance-free cleanser with Resta-Plex is a gentle gel cleanser that removes makeup, impurities, oil, and dirt.
Resta-Plex is a patented combination of 4 active ingredients developed in Australia:
- Dimethyl Sulfone (Methyl Sulphonyl Methane)
- Glycine (L-Glycine)
- Acetyl Glucosamine (N-Acetyl-Glucosamine)
- Glucosamine Sulfate Potassium Chloride (Glucosamine Sulphate K Salt)

Koéna Dermaceutical Gentle Cleanser contains glucosamine derived from crustacea (or shellfish).
Ingredients:
Aqua, Cocamidopropyl Betane, Coco-Glucoside, Disodium 2-Sufolaurate, Citic Acid, Glycering, Gyceryl Oleate, Glycine, Dimethyl Sulfone, Acetyl Glucosamine, Sodium Benzoate.
A note for vegans, vegetarians or those sensitive to shellfish: Koéna Dermaceutical Gentle Cleanser contains glucosamine derived from crustacea, commonly known as shellfish. It's the shell of the crustaceans and not animal tissue used.
Usage Directions:
Conduct a patch test prior to using Koéna, especially if you are aware that your skin is particularly sensitive, or if you have experienced reactivity issues with other topical gels and creams
Use morning and night. Apply product into your hands and massage onto wet face and neck. Rinse with lukewarm water. Repeat if necessary. Follow up with Koéna Dermaceutical Daily Moisturiser for best results.
Storage:
Store below 25°C and away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing in your car or other places prone to heat.
Warnings:
Always read the label, use as directed. For external use only.
A tingling sensation may occur, which is our active ingredients at work. Discontinue use if irritation or rash occurs.
Keep out of reach from children. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact does occur, rinse with water.
Koéna Dermaceutical Daily Cleanser should be used within 12 months after opening.
