Description:

L'Oreal Age Perfect 9.13 light creme blonde hair colour, is developed to colour mature, grey hair. It has a restorative Pro-Keratin Complex to replenish hair from within.

This colour helps create a multi-tonal naturally highlighted result. At the roots, regrowth is beautifully blended with the rest of your hair. The revolutionary application brush enables ultra-precise, easy application from root to tip. For 6 weeks of intensive care.

Usage Directions:

Instructions may vary by shade. For complete instructions, refer to package insert located inside hair colour box.

1. Pour the colouring Crème into the developer bottle and shake well.

2. Apply from root to tip, then massage to ensure the colour is evenly spread.

3. Leave in for 30 minutes.

4. Rinse with warm water until water runs clear.

5. Separate the balm through the hair and gently massage, leave in for 2 minutes then rinse.

Storage:

Store below 30°C. Keep out of direct sunlight.

Warnings:

Always read the label. Use as directed. For external use only, avoid contact with eyes, if it goes into the eyes rinse thoroughly. Do not use if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients. Keep out of reach of children.

An allergy alert test must be done 48 hours before each use of this product.

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
