Clean skin to remove dirt, pollutants and product. Ensure skin is dry for best absorption. Apply oil directly to skin and gently massage in using long strokes to stimulate blood flow to the area. Allow oil to fully penetrate (5 minutes) before dressing. Use both in the morning and evening for best results For external use only, not recommended on irritated or broken skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. This jar is made from glass so care must be taken when using this product.
