Macro Dates could be the start of one of many great date recipes, like a naturally sweet banana and date loaf, protein ball or Moroccan-style chicken and date tagine. They’re a great natural sweetener and sugar alternative or, if you want to take things up a notch with a decadent, filling snack, slice and fill with your favourite nut butter.
Dates are stone fruit (a single seed surrounded by fruit like peaches and mangoes) and they're grown on date palm trees, much like coconuts but with bunches of dates instead.
