Overview:

How to use:

Adults: Take 1 capsule by mouth TWICE per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do NOT exceed 2 capsules per day. 

 

Warnings: 

• Consult with your doctor or pharmacist before taking this supplement if you have any type of kidney disease. 
• Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. 

 

Side effects:

Magnesium Glycinate is generally very well tolerated.

Stomach upset and diarrhoea may occur particularly at higher doses.
