Description:

A nutrient rich protein blend to boost the breastfeeding mothers milk supply, energy, concentration and overall vitality. Each serves provides over 12g of protein, 210mg calcium, 60% of the RDI for magnesium, 50% of the RDI for iodine & vitamin D plus a blend of iron, zinc, folate and B vitamins.

Lactation Boost is also enriched with fenugreek, blessed thistle, fennel, brewers yeast and nettle and features the addition of sunflower lecithin.

Usage Directions:

Mix 3 tbsp into 200ml of milk of choice, once daily

TO BOOST MILK: Use 3 tbsp everyday to support and maintain milk supply. Make sure to always work alongside a lactation consultant if you feel you need extra support with latching, sore nipples, breast massage or pumping support.

FOR COLOSTRUM SUPPORT: You can begin to take Lactation Boost from week 36 onwards while you begin to antenatally express colostrum. You'll only need about 1-2 tbsp if expressing colostrum. Always check with your midwife prior to beginning colostrum expressing & using lactation boost during the final stages of your pregnancy

FOR GENERAL WELLBEING: Use as needed! It's a great option to use after workouts, boost up your breakfast, have as an easy & balanced meal on the go. The options are endless!

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
