The creamy formulation invisibly outlines and coats for a smooth, enduring base that improves the long wear of Lip Colour and helps prevent colour bleeding. A simple wind-up action and convenient in-built sharpener enhance the ease of use.
Directions for Use:
Completely line the top and bottom lips and fill in to create a base. Finish by applying your favourite Natio lipstick or gloss.
