Symptoms of stress are both mental and physical and include irritability, anger, fatigue, or difficulty sleeping. Stress will dissipate once the situation or event that is causing it is over.

Anxiety on the other hand is the most common of mental health conditions in Australia, affecting 1 in 3 women and 1 in 5 men as according to a 2016 BUPA report. That was pre-The VID! Anxiety can make it difficult for you to function in a normal way. So it can affect your sleep, affect your ability to work, and affect your relationships at home because you don’t perform at a level that is expected to be normal. Someone experiencing anxiety can’t easily control these feelings and may not always know why they’re anxious. Anxiety can be very distressing for the sufferer.

Active ingredients per capsule: • Hypericum perforatum (St. John’s Wort) herb ext. dry conc. 167mg from dry herb min. 1g. • Leonurus cardiaca (Motherwort) herb ext. dry conc. 225mg from dry herb min. 4.5g. • Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) herb top ext. dry conc. 100mg from dry herb top min. 2g. • Lavender essential oil 80mg. Does not contain: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Lactose, Soy, Artificial colours, Artificial flavours, Artificial sweeteners, Bee products, Corn, Egg, MSG or any kind of nut.

Usage Directions:

Ladies, take 1 capsule in the morning with water and food.

Warnings:

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Do not use if pregnant, likely to become pregnant or you suspect you could be pregnant. Do not use whilst breastfeeding. Warning: St John's Wort affects the way many prescription medicines work, including the oral contraceptive pill. Consult your doctor.

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
