Product Overview

Vrindavan Extra Dark Jamaican Black Castor Oil is hexane free and 100% natural, made from premium castor seeds. The unrefined black castor oil is extracted by first roasting and grinding the castor seeds before extracting the 100% and unique black natural oil.

Benefits for your Hair:

Jamaican Black Castor oil helps to deeply moisturise a dry, itchy, and flaky scalp while also improving blood circulation to promote healthy hair growth. It helps strengthen each strand of the hair by locking in moisture and nourishing roots.

Provide essential minerals for strong hair growth.

Delivers a boost of fatty acids to feed healthy hair.

Deliverers a dose vitamin E to where it's needed most.

Strengthens hair and brings it to life.

Great for treating split ends.

Jamaican Black Castor Oil also has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-viral properties, which makes it great for treating skin conditions such as dermatosis, psoriasis, and acne.

The primary difference in Jamaican black castor oil vs castor oil is the pH level of the finished product. Traditional cold-pressed castor oil tends to have a lower pH, making it fall on the more acidic side of the scale. In comparison, Jamaican black castor oil has a high pH for a more alkaline product. Because of the alkalinity of Jamaican black castor oil, it is commonly used for a wide array of ailments including acne, age spots, stretch marks and other skin blemishes, ringworm, fungal infections, sunburn, athlete’s foot, and sebaceous cysts.

Jamaican black castor oil is prepared by first roasting the castor beans. This results in oil that smells slightly burnt, because of the ash content.
