C) 12 mg. Nicotinamide (Vit. B3) 3.6mg Cyanocobalamin (Vit. B12) 0.2mcg. Pyridoxine (Vit. B6) as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 632 mcg.

Usage Directions:

Take up to 5 gummies a day or as directed by your Health Care Professional.
