Stress symptom relief: Valerian is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to help relieve symptoms of stress.

Antispasmodic: Valerian is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine as an antispasmodic.

You can expect a slightly bitter taste, which is typical of herbal extracts and all of their goodness.

Complemented with natural peppermint oil. Sleep Support

Traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to reduce nervous tension and relieve sleeplessness.

Ingredients:

Each 2.25 mL contains: Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) root ext. liquid 2ml Derived from dry ----- 2g Also contains glycerol and peppermint oil. No added gluten, dairy, lactose, soy, egg, artificial colours or artificial flavours. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Usage Directions:

Adult dosage: Using the measured dropper take 2.25 mL daily, one hour before bed, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Drop directly onto the tongue or dilute in 30 mL of water or juice and consume immediately. Shake well before use.

Warnings:

In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Contains 54% alcohol. Valerian may harm the liver in some people. If you experience yellowing of the skin/eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite, stop using this product and see your doctor.
