Learn moreKeep it simple. This short program will guide you along the journey and provide simple steps for following a low FODMAP diet for a certain period of time to help manage your symptoms.

Knowing where to turn next when it comes to IBS can be a challenge! It can be overwhelming and confusing, especially with lots of misinformation out there. Fear not! Our make it easy program was developed by FODMAP expert nutritionist and dietitian, Chloe McLeod, and is designed to step you through the process of starting a low FODMAP diet, and understanding how you transition through the various phases.Â
A low FODMAP diet can help with some gut symptoms (often referred to as IBS). If you have not been diagnosed by a health professional, this program is not for you! Please see our manage your gut symptoms program to help you identify your gut symptom triggers, and speak to your health professional.
We also want to assure you that a low FODMAP diet is not intended to be for life! It is a structured diet that helps you eliminate, then slowly reintroduce foods over a set period of time - we’re here to make this easy!
We'll focus on the stages of a simple low FODMAP diet and guide you along the way. This program guides you through a simple version of the low FODMAP diet, also known as the ‘gentle – FODMAP’ approach.
We will cover:

- Chloe McLeod, gut health expert dietitian

When we said simple, we meant it. Over the next 4 weeks, we’ll deliver you a series of emails (around one email per week) and resources that will guide you through this process.Â

Important: If you have not been recommended to try a low FODMAP diet by a health professional, you need to start at the manage your gut symptoms program. Do not self-direct a low FODMAP diet - it must be recommended by a health professional for unwanted gut symptoms, and often medically diagnosed IBS.
