  • Protein options: 1 × 95-gram can of tuna (BPA free) in olive oil, drained well or 80 grams of cooked and shredded chicken (skin off)

  • 1 small can of beans (BPA free): 125 grams of edamame beans or 4 bean mix (drained well and rinsed)
