Health Goals
Ingredients
- 1 whole mango
- ½ cup of Greek yoghurt
Toppings (optional)
Method
- Peel the mango, remove the seed, and cut the flesh into chunks.
- Add the chunks into a blender.
- Add the Greek yoghurt to the blender.
- Blitz for 45 seconds or until smooth.
- Scoop the mixture into a bowl and place in the freezer for 3 hours. After 3 hours, the texture should be like a smooth ice-cream.
- Serve with your desired toppings.
Notes:
Choose a yoghurt that meets your dietary preferences. For a naturally thick yoghurt with no added thickeners and higher protein, look for Greek yoghurt. “Greek-style” yoghurt is similar in taste but may contain thickeners.
