Balance Plant Protein Blend (91%) (Pea Protein Isolate, Brown Rice Protein Concentrate, Chia Protein Powder, Sacha Inchi Powder), Natural Flavours, Amino Acids [L-Glutamine (2%), BCAAs (1%) (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine)], Vegetable Gums (Xanthan, Guar), Salt, Digestive Enzymes (0.4%) (Bromelain, Papain), Natural Sweeteners (Steviol Glycosides, Thaumatin).

Usage Directions:

When - Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise and within 30 minutes after exercise. How - Add 30g (approx.1 level scoop) to 350mL of water. Shake or blend until mixed and serve. May also be added to other beverage or foods to increase protein content. For a low carb drink, mix with water. Consume up to 3 serves daily.

Warnings:

This product is a formulated supplementary sports food and is not a sole source of nutrition. It should be consumed in conjunction with a healthy, varied diet, active lifestyle, and an appropriate exercise program. Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women.
