Dermcare Natural Shampoo 250ml

Description:

Dermcare Natural Shampoo contains a unique blend of hypoallergenic and mild surfactants principally derived from coconut oil, which foams to gently cleanse the coat of dirt, irritants and allergens.
The shampoo gently cleanses the skin without excessive removal of normal skin lipids, contains moisturising factors and emollients to control drying & restore coat shine.
It also contains collagen protein, to repair hair structure that has been damaged by allergic and parasitic dermatitis.

NATURAL shampoo is formulated for animal skin, from mild surfactants with correct pH balance and added moisturisers, emollients and protein coat repair systems.

Ingredients:

Cleansing salts of coconut oil, glycerine moisturising factors, glydant, purified water, PH balanced.

Usage Directions:

First wet the animal's coat, then apply NATURAL shampoo at several points and massage gently into the coat. A sponge may assist lathering. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat procedure for added coat lustre. After bathing dry the animal's coat.

Warnings:

Always read the label & use only as directed. Follow all instructions exactly & make as according to packaging.

Use with caution around eyes. If shampoo enters animal's eye, flush thoroughly with clean water.

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
