Adults: 3 - 5ml

Children 6-12 years: 1.5 - 2.5ml (or use Children’s Echinature)

During risk times: Take 3 - 4 times daily.

Maintenance dose: Take once daily.

Dilute in 30ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Follow with a glass of water if necessary.

Store below 30 degree C in a dry place away from heat or sunlight.

Those allergic to Asteraceae family plants (e.g., chamomile, artichokes, daisies) should take care when taking Echinacea due to possible allergic reaction.
