The combination of Vitamin B6 in its active form together with magnesium glycinate and zinc assists the body to cope with environmental stress. L-theanine, a clinically trialled vegetable based amino acid, influences the brain’s alpha waves to initiate a state of relaxed alertness. L-theanine supports cognitive function and emotional wellbeing. L-Theanine combined with magnesium glycinate , vitamin B6 and zinc supports a healthy stress response in the body.
